Reviewing applications to BON

Students applying for an individual study support plan at the Office for Students with Disabilities may be referred to the Psychological Assistance Center (CPP) to obtain a psychological opinion. In such cases, the following procedure applies:

  • Each person applying to CPP for a psychological opinion must appear in person at the CPP Registration Point with a referral from the Office for Students with Disabilities, and then participate in 1–3 consultations with a psychologist designated by CPP.
  • Immediately before the first consultation, the applicant completes the Registration Form along with the required declarations regarding personal data processing and access to documentation.
  • In justified cases, the psychologist may suggest a consultation with a psychiatrist.
  • The prepared psychological opinion is sent directly to the Office for Students with Disabilities and the consulted individual, either electronically or in paper form.
