Psychoeducation
CPP UW is not only a place to receive individual psychological or psychiatric support. It is also a space for personal development, reflection, and building mental health on a daily basis.
What are psychoeducational activities?
Psychoeducation is a form of support that helps you better understand yourself, your emotions, and psychological mechanisms. The goal of these activities is to prevent mental health crises, strengthen personal and social skills, and promote a healthy psychological lifestyle.
What do we offer within psychoeducational activities?
- Workshops and psychological training (e.g., stress management, assertiveness, time management, working with emotions)
